    Position Summary


    Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and Office Manager.  Responsibilities include managing training documentation, input into JD Edwards, input into CORE, manage maintenance logs and other administrative duties as assigned.



    • High School diploma or equivalent experience required
    • 3 to 5 years' experience in an office environment performing administrative support functions
    • Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
    • Must be able to multi-task and work independently
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
    • Familiarity with JD Edwards and CORE a plus
    • Experience in the mining or construction industry a plus
