    We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our corporate finance team.  Reporting to the Manager of Capital Administration and Fixed Assets in our strategic finance group, this position will be responsible for a variety of Capital Expenditure Request processing and analysis to fixed asset life cycle activities as assigned by leadership.



    • Support the annual capital expenditures planning and budgeting process
    • Analyze data, develop charts, prepare reports, and conduct trend analyses
    • Build, maintain and interpret financial analysis models (NPV, IRR, etc.) for capital investments
    • Support Division operations team in the creation of financial analyses for capital investments
    • Process timely and accurate transactions, including journal entries, around capital job set-up / close-out and asset recording within various systems, including the Company's ERP system (JD Edwards)
    • Provide analyses and insights which enables strategic decision making and differential resource allocation
    • Communicate with internal customers to gather information and gain an understanding of capital projects
    • Participate in occasional plant site visits and presentations / training on capital and fixed assets
    • Provide suggestions for process improvements, which focus on sustainability, efficiency, and innovation; assist with implementations
    • Support other strategic financial initiatives, projects and questions as assigned
    • Perform all activities in accordance with the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values, and in compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures and Code of Ethical Business Conduct

    Qualifications and skills:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis
    • Experience building and interpreting financial models (IRR, NPV, etc.) required
    • Experience using an ERP system required, preferably JD Edwards
    • Excellent quantitative, analytical, interpersonal and communications skills
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
    • Ability to multi-task and support multiple activities/projects
    • Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
    • Advanced excel skills, tableau experience preferred
