    Position Summary:

     

    Responsible for fielding customer accounts not assigned to specific outside Sales Representative.  Take orders from customers, work with dispatch regarding scheduling and entering orders into Seltec system.  Responsible for daily edits and resolving other customer issues.  Additional responsibilities include setting up open orders for cash sales, and interplant sales. Other administrative functions related to sales will be required.

     

     

    Job Responsibilities:

     

    • Solid understanding of various product lines (stone, LRA, sand & gravel), and some understanding of applications for those products
    • Basic understanding of the production process, production capabilities, and material inventories a plus
    • Dispatching and scheduling truck to deliver orders
    • Review and process assigned invoices
    • Responsible for Credit Card Sales and setting up new customers
    • Responsible to tracking materials purchased from multiple locationsPosition Requirements:
    •  
    • Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales/Marketing or related field or equivalent experience required
    • Solid understanding of various product lines (stone, sand & gravel), and some understanding of applications for those products
    • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
    • Strong phone skills (responsive, professional, ability to ask questions to successfully complete order, conflict resolution). 
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
    • Flexibility and ability to multi-task.
    • Ability to work overtime as required
    • Solid organizational and time management skill
    • Bilingual (Spanish/Engligh) preferred
