We are seeking a Manager of Electrical Engineering to lead our electrical engineering team, consisting of Project Managers and Field Personnel, to support our growing business within the aggregates and raw materials industry. Reporting in to the Director of Electrical Engineering, this position will be responsible for providing world class service to Operations in the area of electrical services, construction management, design, and safety. 



  • Supervises the Electrical Engineering Staff
  • Assigns Project Manager responsibilities and duties
  • Leads in electrical estimates, design, standards and specifications for Department
  • Coordinates and oversee projects from conception to completion
  • Coordinates electrical installation with utilities, mechanical installation, and automation groups
  • Communicates clearly with all levels of management and operations
  • Provides leadership and support to ensure all activities within the team are performed in accordance with the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values, and in compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures, and Code of Ethical Business Conduct


Qualifications and skills:


  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical project management
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role
  • Experience with Aggregate Plant electrical design and construction
  • Knowledgeable and familiar with NFPA 70 and 70E
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft products
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Effective reporting, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong personal commitment to safety
  • Ability to travel 40%
