Position Summary

 

Provide excellent customer service while be the face of Martin Marietta in the Rocky Mountain Division. Greet guests as the come in, politely answer calls and help internal and external customers as needed. This position reports to the HR Manager is located in Lakewood, Colorado.

 

Responsibilities

 

Maintain/order copy machine supplies and maintenance

Manage supplies for breakrooms

Ownership of mailroom, keeping it organized and tidy and fully stocked

Responsible for office foliage account

Answer phones, troubleshoot and transfer calls

Manage all deliveries in and out of the office, notify staff of deliveries

Keep track of guest key fobs

Order office supplies

Manage catering for meetings and trainings

Book conference rooms and maintain schedule of meetings and trainings

Responsible for updating and content of digital signage

Assist with prequalifications as requested by external customers

Manager purchase orders previously negotiated with external customers

 

 

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in an office environment performing administrative support functions
  • Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
  • Analytical with a good attention to detail
  • Must be able to multi-task and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
