    Position Summary


    This is a day shift position. Position involves assisting with variety of semi-skilled duties around production facilities. These duties include lubricating machinery, shovel spillage areas, monitor the plant conveyors, shakers, crushers, feeders, and pumps, and inspect plant daily.




    • Maintain consistent and efficient operation of plant                           
    • High School Graduate or equivalent                                   
    • Ability to work in outdoor environment & elevated areas                                     
    • Plant experience a plus                                     
    • Stable work history                         
    • Experience operating heavy equipment                            
    • Mechanically inclined                    
    • Good communication skills                               
    • Ability to read operating instructions                                 
    • Fast learner and motivated                               
    • Proactive in SAFETY and works well in a team                                       
    • Perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment as needed
    • Possess an excellent personal safety record and maintain a clean, safe work environment
    • Responsible for overall housekeeping including plant, equipment, and site      
    • Prepare delivery, production, safety, and maintenance reports at required intervals         
    • Assist in training of co-workers as needed                        
    • Complete all needed paperwork in a timely and accurate manner                      
    • Perform other duties as required
