Position Summary

 

Support the outside sales staff by performing administrative services and handling customer service matters and logistics.

  • Oversee cash management by reviewing and balancing daily cash sales and deposits.
  • Other duties include assisting with monthly forecasting, quotes, sales orders, credits and rebill, resolve unapplied payments and accounts receivable.
  • Build and grow small to mid-level customer base.
  • Generate new bid opportunities through Builders Exchange and Building Connected.

 

Requirements

 

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet scheduled deadlines
  • High level of customer focus and care
