Position Summary       



Martin Marietta Magnesia Specialties, LLC Manistee MI facility, a US chemical manufacturer of magnesia-based products, is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to oversee the planning, organization, and direction of mechanical maintenance department, with a focus on continuous improvement of the predictive/preventative maintenance systems.



  • 5 or more years' experience in an industrial maintenance environment
  • Demonstration of strong planning, problem solving, troubleshooting, communication and project management
  • Strong leadership and decision making skills
  • Microsoft/ERP proficient
  • Supervision in a union environment is desirable
