Position Summary

 

ADMINISTRATIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT (Inside Sales Coordinator)

 

Martin Marietta Magnesia Specialties, LLC, a US chemical manufacturer of magnesia-based products, is seeking an experienced, self-driven individual to fill a customer service coordinator position, at its Baltimore (White Marsh) Sales and Administrative Office.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for inbound sales and customer service support with established customers with no cold call requirements.  Key responsibilities are accurate order processing, planning and shipment coordination, credits and rebilling for domestic customers.  Serves as primary contact with potential customers to satisfy inquiries and provide product information.

 

Requirements

  • Associates Degree is preferred.  Experience in customer relations and order processing will be considered in lieu of degree with demonstrated skills and other aspects relevant to this position.  A degree is preferred, but not a requirement.
  • Proven strong administrative skills; verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Problem solving and basic accounting skills
  • Capable of performing multiple tasks and prioritizing, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Small office environment
  • Pre-employment background check and drug test
