Position Summary

Perform preventive and unforeseen maintenance on asphalt plant, including fabrication and heavy equipment operation

Job Responsibilities

  • 2-5+ years experience as a plant operator or welder/fabricator with basic computer knowledge
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work safely in a team environment
  • Able to work various hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to learn and develop an understanding of the asphalt manufacturing process, plant repairs and maintenance
  • Ability to read operating instructions and complete pre-shift and post-shift inspections
  • Good communication skills and safety focused
  • Highly reliable, team player, ability to work well with others
  • Have a valid Colorado Drivers' License and good driving record
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
