The District Financial Manager provides financial accounting, analyses and decision support to the District Management team. This position works to improve understanding of key business drivers and maximize results. Identification and implementation of best practices comprise a key component
Manage the financial cycle for the district (financial closings- monthly, quarterly, annually)
Assemble budgets and forecasts
Provide support for CAPEX requests and justification
Perform standard and ad hoc analyses for management
Provide analysis to support key business decisions
Production of monthly reporting
Compile, analyze and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Work with plant personnel to track, record and reconcile daily plant performance and production
Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas
Manage, mentor and develop direct reports
Provide guidance to ensure the district internal controls are in place and effective
Relationships with Others' Jobs
Education and Work Experience:
Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
